1. Box Breathing

  1. Inhale: Slowly take a deep breath in for a count of four seconds.
  2. Hold: Hold your breath for another count of four seconds.
  3. Exhale: Slowly exhale for four seconds.
  4. Hold: Hold your breath again for four seconds.

Repeat this cycle for several minutes to experience its calming effects.
